Dry and Wet Wipes
Our flexible production capabilities means we are able to manufacture dry and wet wipes in a variety of configurations to meet your individual requirements. Rely on us to ensure a smooth process from fabric conversion and liquid dosing to packaging options that include flow wrap packs for individual wipes as well as logs for canisters and buckets. We have the capability to manufacture in excess of 22 million individual wipes per annum.
Shampoo Caps for Waterless Bathing
We specialise in supplying individual pre-saturated shampoo caps for washing and moisturising dry hair when traditional hair washing methods are not suitable. Our no-rinse formulations include both standard and antibacterial options. Our packaging options include individual flow wraps as well as more versatile stand-up pouches, offering ultimate flexibility for both professional and retail environments. We have the capability to manufacture up to 9 million individual shampoo caps per annum.
Wash Mitts/Gloves for Waterless Bathing
To complete our waterless bathing portfolio, we specialise in supplying pre-saturated wash mitts for effective body washing and moisturising. We ensure a perfect pairing of bespoke formulations, including antibacterial versions, with high quality materials to ensure our wash mitts provide exceptional performance for both general and pre-surgical patient washing. Available in flow-wrap packs. We have the capability to manufacture up to 9 million wash mitts packs per annum.
